Đỗ Trương San San began her business journey in her first year at university with clothing rental before building a photography studio. In the early years, she handled everything from sales and floral work to dress care, gaining a first-hand understanding of each part of the service.
A turning point in 2015
In 2015, a brand page with more than 100,000 followers and around 5,000 reviews disappeared. The setback led her to study marketing, sales and systems so the organisation would not depend on one individual or one channel.
From expertise to an ecosystem
According to information published by the ecosystem in 2026, she and her partners operate six companies, 18 brands and a team of nearly 200 people across Studio, Media, Fashion, Cosmetics, F&B and Education.
Turning experience into practical knowledge
Through SAN SAN Academy and programmes for business owners, she shares experience in sales, marketing, management and team building. Map Boss Club is introduced as a community of nearly 1,000 founders.
Business growth is not only about scale; it is about building an organisation that can progress without the founder occupying every role.
An operating view shaped by small details
Hands-on experience across roles connects management with the customer journey and the team’s ability to deliver. A brand promise lasts only when people understand it, standards support it and leaders can see when to adjust.
Two connected roles
As CEO, Đỗ Trương San San works with decisions about brands, people and systems. As an educator, those experiences become situations, questions and methods that learners can test against their own organisations.
